“That Africans carry more ancestral alleles (=archaic or apes) has been well demonstrated by the rooting of phylogenetic trees in Africa for both autosomes and uniparental DNAs by using the outgroup rooting method. Biological significance of this? Eerie silence…”
In 2011 a research team tackled the precise question of African admixture with archaic hominids.
Michael Hammer (bio) is the Director of the University of Arizona Genetics Core (UAGC) and co-director of the UACC Genomics Shared Resource. He has joint appointments in Departments of Neurology and Ecology and Evolutionary Biology.
Also Dr. Jeff Wall, Professor of Epidemiology and Biostatistics (bio) Recent studies have focused on the contribution of archaic hominid ancestry in human populations.
Africans with admixture from more primitive hominins like a late Australopithecine or Homo naledi?
Their findings (PNAS.org, Genetic Evidence for Archaic Admixture in Africans):
Here we use DNA sequence data gathered from 61 noncoding autosomal regions in a sample of three sub-Saharan African populations (Mandenka, Biaka, and San) to test models of African archaic admixture. We use two complementary approximate-likelihood approaches and a model of human evolution that involves recent population structure, with and without gene flow from an archaic population.
Extensive simulation results reject the null model of no admixture and allow us to infer that contemporary African populations contain a small proportion of genetic material (≈2%) that introgressed ≈35 kya from an archaic population that split from the ancestors of anatomically modern humans ≈700 kya. [Emphasis added]
Speculation from various top paleontologists such as John Hawks, Lee Berger, Chris Stringer and others has centered on likely suspects: Homo Heidelbergensis, Ergaster or even late Australopithecene, Homo naledi.
Hawks (lecture, 2017):
“We do know that African populations derive some small fraction of their DNA, possibly as much as 5%… from archaic lineages that we haven’t discovered… What we don’t know is the identity of that lineage… It could be Naledi?”
Svante Pääbo on a possible archaic mix (lecture, 2018):
“There’s some indications of that in the genomes of present day Africans.”
And most recently, 2019, Arun Durvasula and Sriram Sankararaman from the University of California in Los Angeles confirmed up to 19% archaic Hominid DNA in modern Africans. They have described the ancestor as a “ghost species” or quite possibly Homo naledi a “small-brained hominin” on the “African plains 250,000 years ago.” (IFL Science)
But as Professor Shi Huang implies, as the answer to the puzzle gets closer to being solved, an “eerie silence” has overtaken the paleontology, genetics and anthropology communities.

of course if you watch them in there natural habitat an leave them with their own devices the environment that they lived in would decline just like Haiti and Sub Saharan Africa blacks govern a nation an continent they make things go down. when whites and yellows have a nation an continent they make things go up.
back in the past ( 20th ) century 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s through out the years to where we are now even in those days if an or when they ( blacks ) misunderstand a scenario they pull the race card and any or every other card that’s known an unknown to man

not to mention they always create a predicament where they always win while at the same time they make a situation where white, yellow, brown people always lose mostly white’s
ironically the dreaded ( N ) word is an or was created by white people in ancient times since antiquity its a latin word after all that derived from Italy. but of course black people and liberals forbid white people from using it acting like blacks are the only ones allowed to be able to use it when in actuality, reality they are not considering it only makes sense that white people can say it too since its only fair when white people are the ones that coined that phrase.
also of course their going to say white people are culture vultures an or cultureless when in fact any one with half a brain or a quarter of a brain let alone and ounce of brain matter ( believe, think, know ) that black people are the real true culture vultures & barely have no culture or cultureless. white people are the ones that invented the very things that non whites ( blacks ) are using to insult the same people that they hate, detest, dislike so much. I understand now that some whites claim they invented everything in away an or sense they almost did considering besides the creations, inventions, revolutionary, innovative, recipe, tech that is and or was built, made by them an being used, worn, eating even the names certain ( words ) that are and or were coined by the Greeks, Italians ( Latin language ), German, French, Modern & Old English like terminology’s. phrases like constellation, solar system, universe, planets, galaxy, etc. the planets an moons and earths moon including the sun were named, called by Greek, Roman European’s who happened to be white. now if you stop too think about it carefully no matter where white people go in the world their culture will be every where on this planet meaning they’ll see their ancestors handy work when it comes to inventions, technology, revolution, improvements, innovation even in the modern times like for instance, bikes, cars, planes, helicopters, computers, telephones, movie theaters, stadiums, air conditioner, television, high class restaurants, fast food, carnivals, theme parks ( Disney land & world, Universal studios, Knots Berry Farm, six flags, water theme parks ), electricity, super computers, quantum computers, robots, radio etc because they did indeed in fact modernize this world.
It’s not a question of inferior or superior. It is a question of most well-adapted to one’s particular environment. And on that score Africans are “superior” to us Europeans IN Africa. I’d submit you and I would die within 72 hours if left abandoned in the Kalahari Desert with just some bottled water, a compass, sleeping bags and a supply of Granola Bars. Same way, Africans are ill-adapted to European environments, particularly advanced Western Civilization. So, you are partly right. But you do need to also include in your diatribe, that we Europeans are fabulously adapted for Europe, but horribly adapted for the African continent.
